Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting Two Notes  and shopping with Two notes North America Inc. Two notes North America Corp. (hereinafter referred to as “TWO NOTES”), is a Delaware incorporated company registered at the address: Two Notes North America Corp, c/o Pramex International Corp, 1251 Ave of the Americas, 3rd Fl, New York, NY 10020.


Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on delivery location, national holidays and courier/logistic delays.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates

TWO NOTES offers Free Standard shipping, facilitated by UPS. Deliveries are available 7 days per week with the exception of national holidays (including Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Years Day)


Although rare, it is important to note, delivery delays can occasionally occur. 


Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

TWO NOTES ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

TWO NOTES are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Damages

TWO NOTES​ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.


Returns and Refunds 

Pursuant to consumer law, the Customer may cancel the Hardware order, without giving any reason, within fourteen (14) days commencing from the date of receipt of the Hardware. 


The Customer can notify TWO NOTES of the cancellation of the order, return and subsequent refund by contacting support@two-notes.com. The Customer can also contact TWO NOTES​ via the help desk.


TWO NOTES​ will refund all payments received from the Customer for the Hardware purchased upon receipt of the hardware in our warehousing facility. Any return delivery costs will be charged to the Customer. 


The Customer shall return the pieces of Hardware to TWO NOTES​ in their original purchase condition, (including packaging and additional included materials), no later than fourteen (14) days after mailing the cancellation notification. TWO NOTES​ may withhold the refund until effective return or proof of the return of the Hardware. The Customer may be liable if the value of the Hardware returned is diminished due to the handling of the Hardware.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
